In order to allow each household the opportunity to use the clubhouse and pool for a private event during the summer, a new process for making reservations will begin January 1, 2022. Each household will be allowed to reserve one (1) Saturday or Monday evening to use the clubhouse/pool per calendar year. Residents may use the clubhouse multiple times a year on all other dates besides the desirable Saturday and Monday summer dates. If a Saturday or Monday during the summer is available 30 days prior to the date, a household can reserve a second event. Reservations may be made beginning January 1, 2022 and each January 1st going forward by calling Rhonda Fullerton (316) 644-5984.

Reservations are on a first come first serve basis.
All reservations require a $100 refundable deposit made out to Hickory Creek HOA that will be returned if the clubhouse is clean and there are no damages after use.
Additionally, a non-refundable $25 CASH rental fee is to be paid at the time of the rental.
The clubhouse pool may be reserved in conjunction with the clubhouse for a private party on Saturday and Monday evenings only from 5-10pm.
The adult Hickory Creek resident must be present at the clubhouse at all times during the rental.
